Job Responsibilities
1–2 years of experience working in a bike shop or the cycling industry.
1–2 years of experience in bicycle maintenance, including diagnosing and repairing mechanical issues.
Strong knowledge of bike components, repairs, and maintenance across various models and brands.
Accurately assess customer needs and provide effective service solutions.
Follow work instructions, participate in team meetings and training, and stay updated on best practices.

Job Description:
We are looking for a passionate and knowledgeable Bicycle Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of bicycle products and components, along with excellent customer service skills. Responsibilities include assisting customers in selecting bikes and accessories, providing product recommendations, and handling sales transactions.
Job Responsibilities
Previous experience in bicycle retail, specializing in sales and customer service.
Stay up to date with the latest bike models, components, technology, and apparel.
Follow instructions, actively participate in team meetings, and engage in ongoing training.
Work proactively to meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
Deliver exceptional customer service by creating a welcoming atmosphere, actively listening to customer needs, and recommending the best products to enhance their cycling experience.
Take full ownership of the customer journey, from providing quotes and follow-ups to closing sales and ensuring excellent after-sales care.
Schedule bicycle service appointments and assist the service team by preparing bikes for mechanics.
Maintain a clean, organized store, restock and arrange merchandise, update pricing promptly based on vendor changes, and conduct regular inventory checks.
